Dr Parsa is the Founder and president of Women’s E-Learning in Leadership, a nonprofit organization to empower Iranian women human rights activists for democracy and freedom, global networking, and leadership. Dr. Parsa is also the Founder of Self Empowerment Academy, SEA, LLC , focus to provide coaching for personal growth to Iranian/Farsi speaking women immigrants and refugees.
