Jonathan Behnke is the Chief Information Officer for the City of San Diego, overseeing a citywide IT budget of approx. $50 million. The City IT Department provides citywide strategic technology direction, operational support of application, infrastructure, and wireless technologies, enterprise application services, and manages Information Technology services contracts and assets.
