80-plus educational and research institutes in the region

All that … and we still cannot save our citizens from the plague of homelessness. Our income gap & inequities are growing and on full display for the world to see. There are dozens of reputable groups dealing with this issue and we still have around 8,000 homeless on our streets. Any suggestions?
